Grants and Other Sources of
Financial Aid

The Tuition Grants Program is administered by the South Carolina Higher Education Tuition Grants Commission and is made possible through an annual appropriation by the South Carolina General Assembly. The purpose of the program is to provide undergraduate grant assistance to eligible South Carolina residents attending, on a full-time basis, certain independent non-profit colleges located in the state.
